I am nine months into my diet and weight loss plan and have lost 38 pounds so far. I still have some weight I'd like to lose but just get frustrated with the lack of results. I walk about 2 miles three days a week at lunch and then almost 2 miles on Saturday and Sunday - but at a slower pace because my dog wants to stop and sniff. lol
Since I live in Orlando, this is the time of year that walking or other outdoor activities can be tolerable. The heat becomes a bit much in the summer here.
I am single with a full time job and a dog who loves to walk. Looking for encouragement and someone to talk me down off the sugar ledge from time to time.
I am in the same boat as you I have lost and now am at the point that I have stopped losing. I know all to well about the sugar ledge lol!!! Thankfully this winter has been mild here but finding time to walk outside before dark is hard so I am depending on the gym which right now is totally packed ughhhh!!
