While I don't need to lose weight I do need to get fit and maintain a healthy body.
I am lazy at heart and get bored easily. I do however love running (started 2 years ago) and have completed several 5ks so far. I did however damage the tendon in my hip (blistitis) last year and struggle to not over do my training sessions so that it doesn't flair up.
My goals are:
1) To be able to run 5 mile by April 1st with ease.
- I will do this by increasing the times I run every week and by gradually increasing my distance (I tend to not run for a couple of days, then panic and run 5 mile and then hurt....and I know this and still do it...SIGH)
- I will also increase my strength my completing the 12 week transformation program.
- I will eat regular meals even when alone so I have more energy.
2) To finally tone my stomach to where I am happy with it (2 big babies makes for some excess flab still...I actually think this is where my boobs are hiding - if only they'd creep back up.....lol). Preferably I'd like to look like the woman in the black bikini post sent out a while ago including the haircut! ha ha
- I'm hoping the 12 week program will be good for getting rid of said flab and toning the non existent boobs.
- Increase my fruit and veg intake by ordering delivery of a coop again, nothing more motivating then someone knocking on your door with FRESH produce every week!
- Stock up the fridge snack box with the fresh produce so I'll eat it and pack my lunch when I pack everyone else's!
3) To complete the onehundredpushups challenge (I got to 9 and gave up)
- Follow the plan
- Take the day off break in between so I don't burn out
- Remember that only I can achieve MY goals for ME!
