Hi everyone! I have been out of my exercise routine for nearly two years after a motorcycle accident sidelined me for a couple of months. I've also gained 10 pounds in that time. I miss the fit, more slender, me! Is it okay to just use this board for accountability? Not sure I need a one to one partner, but might benefit from a place to check in.
