Hi everyone. I am 34 and need to loose 100+. I have a very hectic schedule and can come up with one excuse after another. I joined anytime fitness, but haven't been there since signing. I live in NW indiana. I have tried dieting, but with no avail. I really put on some pounds when i lost a close family member very suddenly. Right there is part of your problem....you said diet. No wrong,this is a life style change. You have to commit to this for the long haul not the short diet haul. Try tracking how many calories you are consuming a day. You should really only consume 1200-1500 a day depending on how much you work out for the day. I've lost 6060 pounds so far. Best of luck. I too need to get back on track with eating right. No dieting, lifestyle changes. I got the exercise part down pat, but I have slipped with the eating properly. Sometimes, I don't eat enough. I would love to help you stay accountable.
