I am a 27 year old physically disabled woman. Since July of 2010 i have lost 40 pounds. The losses are slowing down greatly as since christmas 2011 i have not lost any (nor have i gone up) i still have aprox. 60 pounds to lose. due to my physical disability i have mobility issues. i also have low income. the past month or so i am feeling very down depressed and tho i think i am eating the "Right things" i am eating too much of them as i am on weight watchers (old program) and am regularly going over daily points sometimes without realizing it until days end. Hi Mimi, It's been a while since you've posted this thread but I wanted to see if I could help. First of all, I suggest using the web site www.myfitnesspal.com to track your food. It's a great website and really easy to use. You can track your food and exercise. Do you have someone there locally to support you? I know it's hard to stay motivated without support. What kind of exercise are you physically able to do? Don't give up, even when you plateau! I know it's difficult but you can do it!
