I am a 33 year old SAHM to a 5 year old, 3 year old and 2 month old. I am trying to lose baby weight and just in general be healthy and teach my children to eat healthy and that exercise is important. I am currently doing turbo jam at least 5 days a week or some other form of workout video, like Jillian Michaels or Denise Austin. I am also using Shakeology, partly to lose weight and partly for health reasons and to lower my cholesterol.

Hey! I'm also a SAHM with 3 kids--4 1/2, 2 1/2, and my baby is going to be 1 on Saturday! I had hoped to be at my goal weight by the little one's first birthday, but I'm not quite there. I did great right after the baby was born, but since about October, I've really just lost and gained the same 5 pounds. I'm ready to break through this plateau and get to my goal weight! By more than that, I really do need to break bad habits. My kids are not great about eating fruits and veggies, and I think if I could do better about incorporating these into my own diet, they would be more open to eating them regularly. I had done the Couch to 5K program, but I am not consistent in my exercising--something I really need to MAKE the time for and stick to it!

I would love to partner with you. I too go through phases where I do really well and then "slack off" I have been really consistent the past couple weeks with counting calories and working out and haven't seen the scale move much but I am determined to keep going. I have already done my workout for today because it's my daughters last day of preschool and I am taking her out to lunch. I don't do well at restaurants so wanted to make sure I burned some calories today!
