I am a 43 yo female, 2 teenage boys, working out of my house...in an effort to keep them on task, I have fallen off the exercise wagon. I am not looking to lose weight, rather I am looking to be less "wussy". I wish there was a metric to measure "wussiness" but so far I have not found one.... My food intake is quite healthy, though I probably drink too much red wine (supposed to be healthy, right?)...I just need a big push. And if that means yelling at me, so be it. I walk on weekends with a friend, but I have admitted that I am a social walker, so I don't go alone. I also have the Insanity DVDs of which I have done 1/2...then I lose interest/motivation... If this sounds like you...if you know where I am coming from, drop me a line....tell me what you are up against and maybe we can motive together? Thanks, April

Like me, in order to stay on track, you may need to commit to exercising at the gym since you work st home. You need a change of scenery!!!
