Since I started back at school this past year my motivation for working out has waned big time! Before I went back to school I ate completely clean and worked out at least 5 times a week. Now I am lucky if I get 2 workouts in and eat just about whatever. I work in a restaurant so being around food all the time makes it even more tough to eat well. Looking for someone to help keep myself accountable, but at the same time will not judge!
