Hi there,
I'm Melissa a 36 year old mother of twins. I've lost 148lbs and could lose another 8-11 before I'm really satisfied with where I am. Lately, I've found myself eating a few more Praline Pecans than I should be.
I'd like to have an accountability buddy to help me get through these time when that sugary goodness just tastes so good that I can't seem to put them down!
On a side note, I do like to workout. I started doing C25K in October and have been able to run 2 5k races. I have my next one coming up on the 4th of July. My family and I went on a 3 week vacation so in addition to eating the Praline Pecans (which i found on vacation), I've been struggling to get back on track with my running.
So starting tomorrow, I need to get my butt out on the road and run and quit eating these dang'on pecans.....
Please know that I will also be your motivator and hold you accountable too. I have great recipes and ideas to help lose weight and feel as though I'm able to help people....
