Hey, I'm a stay at home mom of 2 little ones. I just switched our diet to vegetarian/near-vegan, which I've been loving. What I need is someone to hold me accountable to exercising. With a 7 week old, I lose motivation to do it, then when the end of the day rolls around, I'm usually upset with myself that I haven't exercised. I guess I just need someone to help me out here
