I am a 24 year old mother in need of an accountability partner (or partners).
What you need to know (the important stuff): I am committed to doing this. I will not accept failure! I want and need to get healthy. I have said for years that I was going to, but never had the drive that I find myself filled with these days.
So . . if you have the same will power and determination, lets do this together! We can share our goals, our triumphs, our victories, our slip-ups (yes, they happen, no one's perfect) and then we can give each other that often needed touch love and get right back on track!
About me: I have never been overweight. I was always underweight until moving out of my parents house and falling in love with sweets. HOWEVER, I eat worse than many obese individuals. Example- I have bought two packs of hostess cakes and eaten both boxes shortly after arriving home. My problem foods are primarily sugars and breads. These are the foods I binge on. I have about 15 lbs to lose. I currently do not exercise . . often. I love to run and will run 3 to 4 miles on occasion, but not regularly.
Everyone's story is different. Don't be put-off by the fact that I only need to lose 15 lbs. I have some pretty bad habits that I need to break and am in this for the long haul, so if you're reading this and have 100 lbs to lose, lets do this! I'll stick with you until every lb is gone, and hopefully we'll build a friendship in the process!
My specific goals:
- stop eating sugar
- eat only minimal amounts of bread
- eat healthy
- exercise regularly
- lose 15 lbs
I would love someone willing to check in daily or at least a couple times a week. And again, if your goals aren't exactly the same as mine, that's fine. I'm just looking for someone determined to succeed, who can walk along side me through this journey!!
