Hi there. I'm 25 and have a job that requires me to be physically fit. I'm basically looking for someone to push me and offer the "tough love" because I don't respond well to the "it's okay you'll get it next time." I can do that part on my own ha ha. I'm looking for the "get up and do it now" approach And someone to really push me to getting fit again. If this is you let me know please

Hi "Doing my Best", I'm Nikki . ;D I know exactly what you're saying. I'm exactly the same way! Its always better to have someone there pushing and motivating you, although at some point we have to learn to push and motivate ourselves. A little backround about me: Last year I reach my all time heaviest( 200's) , no thanks to crazy work hours, night classes and fast food. Sick of feeling sluggish and bigger pants sizes I started hitting the gym and watching what I ate. In 5 months time I was down 50 lbs. I don't know how much weight you're trying to lose but rest assure I am living proof anyone can lose the weight if they want it bad enough.
What's your diet like? What are your goals? How often do you plan to workout?

Hi there! First off congratulations on your weight loss that's amazing! I don't even know you and am proud of you. Now if I mention my actual weight people will yell at me for being on here but here's my story. I'm only 5'1 and small boned but anything I eat tends to stay with me so I have to be extra careful. I love junk food as well as late night snacks which is bad I know! Goals. I'm getting married in 5 months and need to lose 8 pounds to get back to the weight and size for my body type and what I'm comfortable with. Sounds easy right? Not so much. Like I said everything I eat stays with me! I have gotten "dressing for my size" down to a science to gave the illusion I'm the size I should be. I now want to be the size I know I can be! I love tough workouts but need the encouragement when I just want to wait till tomorrow. I need someone to tell me I won't reach m guy goal if I slack ,give in or give up! Looking for one workout a day but at least three really intense ones a week. Eating healthy and No snacking after dinner. Once a week let myself have whatever I crave but nnot binge just enough to kill the craving and prevent the binge thing lol. If you're still interested after my life story let me know and I'd love to get to work!

First of all congrats on the wedding! That's so great, you must be so excited!! Are you having a big wedding? What's the dress like? Secondly thank you. I have worked hard to get where I'm at and I won't stop until I've hit goal. I have been lazy the past few months but I'm back on track and ready to hit goal! Sometimes you have to be agressive in reaching your goals and that's what I plan to do. Regarding your weight loss...I'm not here to judge your weight loss efforts or goals. If you aren't comfortable with your weight then you aren't comfortable with your weight. Anytimes something is making you unhappy you should do something about it. Those sound like good solid goals but perhaps may I suggest trying to lose a bit (2 lbs) more in the event you get stressed closer towards the wedding and start stress eating. Weddings are lovely but also very stressful times...its just a thought. As for the snacking, I have had the same problem in the past. What time do you usually eat dinner and what time do you usually sleep? I know in the past I've set myself up horribly when I've eaten dinner to early and gone to bed too late. I believe were to eat every 4 waking hours. What kind of workouts are you doing? Do you belong to a gym? Here are my goals.... Gym 7 days a week Cycle class 2 or 3 times a week 2 mile run every other day Restrict eating out to once a week One cup of coffee a day Low Carb Diet We should establish somewhere we can post what we did each day/ our routine. I find that helps when you start to get in the slacker mode. Haha
