HI! I would love to have someone help keep me on track! I have about 80lbs to loose! I will loose some and then gain it back. I have my workouts down (for the most part) but I struggle with diet! I try to keep my eating clean, but don't always succeed I also count calories! This is the best way for me. However I seem to be only able to stay on track for a few weeks and then BAM something comes up and I get off track! I work out 5 days a week for @ least an hour. I am starting to add in another day, ususally something with the family(hiking, swimming etc) I am 34. A wife to a wonderful Husband who is super supportive and a mother to an awesome 11yr old boy! And we are in the process of becoming Foster/Adopt parents! I am a stay @ home mom and have tons of free time! (Maybe too much) So I would LOVE some motivation/ accountability! Oh and I am a proud Army Wife! We are currently stationed @ JBLM, WASHINGTON!
I just registered on this....I myself have lost 85 lbs and kept it off for over ten years....I am not sure how this stuff works but if its motivation and pointers that you need or just need someone to talk to I have tried a lot of different workouts and am a calorie counter myself.......So I may be your girl <3 I can be your cheerleader of sorts if you are interested.
I just registered on this today I really need to lose 30lbs to get out of my pre diabetes I have 3 kids to take care of and I don't want them to have to take care of me. I need some encouraging motivation please help.
