Almost to my goal...need kick in the pants!

I am nine months into my diet and weight loss plan and have lost 38 pounds so far. I still have some weight I'd like to lose but just get frustrated with the lack of results. I walk about 2 miles three days a week at lunch and then almost 2 miles on Saturday and Sunday - but at a slower pace because my dog wants to stop and sniff. lol

Since I live in Orlando, this is the time of year that walking or other outdoor activities can be tolerable. The heat becomes a bit much in the summer here.

I am single with a full time job and a dog who loves to walk. Looking for encouragement and someone to talk me down off the sugar ledge from time to time.

Hello! I had gastric bypass surgery 14 months ago, and I have lost about 120 lbs so far! I was 300 lbs when I got started.Which is wonderful, except the scale is stuck and I have about 50-55 more pounds to lose to get to my goal. I am in much smaller clothes, look so much better, but am not at my goal. I exercise at the gym several times a week. I also need an accountability partner(s) to chat with regularly by email for support and encouragement. Actually, both of you sound like great buddies to have! I think that we would be great for each other! Each of needs support and accountability, suggestions, and encouragement. I need to get to my goal. My husband and my son eat normally. I eat in a Hamburger Helper house, and insist on fresh/frozen vegetables, chicken, and some meets not mixed with noodles! I would like to be an accountability partner with the both of you. I too need a kick in the pants. I have lost 80 lbs. and have 20 pounds to go. It is time I gotsome support. I live in South Florida
