Hi, my name is Autumn. I am 35, and I live in Ohio and I am SAHM to two children whom are 9 & 5 yrs old. I have struggled for years with my weight and eating a healthy diet. I want to get myself on track once and for all. I do not have much of a hard time motivating myself to exercise, however the diet is my main problem. I need to lose between 40-50lbs.
I am looking for a partner who can encourage me and motivate me to make healthy choices on a regular basis and hold me accountable. And I would love to do the same for someone else! I want 2012 to be the year of change for me and a partner! If you are interested let me know if we can help one another out!

Sounds like we have a few things in common! I'm 34, a SAHM to an 11yr old boy and DIET is my struggle too! Maybe I could help hold you accountable and you could help me as well?

Hi! Yes that sounds good! How is your day going so far? This morning was tough for me.....my kids asked for a home cooked breakfast (bacon, pancakes, eggs) before heading off to school. So now, I am having my Jimmy Dean d-lights and I feel like I kind of get what they did for breakfast but with only 210 calories. By the way, do you count calories? I have found it easier for me to stay on track if I do count calories. I have only been at this a week so I am anxious to see how this works out for me. I use the CalorieKing.com website to help me with calories and recipes along with SkinnyMs. Also, I am getting ready to start the Couch to 5k. I would love to incorporate running into my exercise! What do you do for exercise? Well, I hope your day is off to a good start. And by the way, I am sure you seen my name is Autumn, what is yours?

Good Morning! Isn't family the hardest part?! I've started trying to get my husband and son in on eating healthier i still try to make favorites just in a better way, sometimes it works sometimes its an epic failure ! I count calories too! It's the only thing that seems to work for me for long term! I use myfitnesspal.com its great even calculates your exercise calories! I've heard of the couch to 5k but never tried it, I am doing the running for beginers on the skinnyms website, it's pretty good! I'm starting it over, for some reason I thought the week before Christmas break was a good week to start it! lol so now I'm back on track! I also LOVE crossfit or circuts! Do you ever pan out your meals? Oh my name is Kristie! Hope your day is great get that workout in! and watch your calories!

And Yes, I did get my workout in this morning, I did the 1st day of C25K! I also like to do P90X! How about you, have you worked out yet today? I am doing pretty good on my calorie intake as well! I am about to make me a salad with grilled chicken and veggies! How about you? What's for lunch?
