Hi there! I am looking for somebody to help me stay on track! I work out regularly, usually always doing cardio 5-6 days a week. I need to increase my resistance training and control my eating habits a little better. I seem to snack way too often at night when I'm bored and then get mad at myself. I need some accountability!

I'd be happy to help keep you accoutable, if you'll do the same for me I do cardio about the same # of times, but I am also starting to add in some strength. I'm working on my eating, but it's hard cuz I have a little one who is a carb fiend
