I 48 years old and lost 130 lbs last year, but have been neglecting my exercise routine and not being so cautious about my eating over the holidays and since . I have gained about 10 lbs back and want to get it back off because I know how easy it is to just fall back into old habits . I really need someone to hold me accountable. Thanks.

I could use someone to be accountable to as well. I'm 39 a stay at home mom of 4 ages 11-15 with some special needs. I eat when I'm stressed (which is a lot) and for some reason when I start losing weight and someone comments I freak out and put some back on. I've been bouncing back and forth by 10 lbs for the last year and can't seem to allow myself to let go of the 30 lbs I need to lose.I'm a type 2 diabetic and need to eat healthier which is where I need help. I just signed up to be in a 6 km race in March and even though our weather is beautiful I haven't been out practicing. I'd love to be your partner if you would like to be mine.

Hi, I'm also 48 and have once again started a fitness journey. I have about 45 lbs to lose and have my head in the game this time. Not sure how this site works...but would love to have a couple accountability partners. I pretty much follow the Body for Life concept w/ my eating....trying to eat clean, 5-6 small meals, exercise 5 or 6 days a week (this has just started). I work part time, have 3 older teenagers and love life. MJ
