Hi, I am 41, almost 42, and in the worst shape of my life. I have about 25lbs to lose and have always been active so I have never had to work out or watch what I eat. Unfortunately, about 2 years ago I was in heart failure and all exercise stopped for 2 years. I am also a Ph.D. candidate so I spend a lot of time sitting and reading. I am also a huge stress-eater and my program is all about stress! Would anyone like to partner with me so that we can hold each other to our goals? Kristin

Hi. I would love to partner with you. I am 45 and work from home at my desk and seem to make the best workout schedule and food schedule but just never stick to it. I have been on weight watchers for a long time but don't follow it obviously! I would like to lose 15 lbs. I need to lose 15 lbs. I know I can do it if I stick to a plan.
Let's help one another out!
